The admission process for the Alim class for the 2024-25 academic year is set to begin in madrasahs across the country. The Madrasah Education Board has recently published the new guidelines and detailed schedule for this admission. Like previous years, students must apply online, and they will be selected based on merit.
According to the board's announcement, the online application process will start on a specific date. Students can apply on the official website using their roll and registration numbers. After paying the application fee, they can select their preferred madrasahs. The application and result publication will be completed in several phases.
Officials from the Madrasah Education Board stated that this online system has been kept to make the admission process simple and transparent. Measures are being taken to ensure that no student or parent faces harassment. Additionally, special quotas and scholarship opportunities will be available for poor and meritorious students.
After the application process ends, the first merit list will be published. Selected students must then confirm their admission within the stipulated time. Educationists have advised students to remain cautious, as failure to confirm admission on time may result in the cancellation of their application.
“The introduction of the digital admission system for Alim classes has significantly reduced the hassles for students. However, to make the online application process easier for students in remote areas, Union Digital Centers need to be made more active.”
