PM eager to change lives of CHT people: Mir Helal

Mir Helal stated that the Prime Minister is highly interested in changing the fate and improving the living standards of the people in the Chittagong Hill Tracts. He mentioned that the government has undertaken various developmental projects to ensure the basic rights of the people in the hilly areas. Efforts are underway to ensure that the residents of this region get equal opportunities like the rest of the country.

Special emphasis is being placed on the development of the education and health sectors in the hilly region. New schools are being built for children in remote areas, and hospitals and clinics are being set up for medical treatment. Additionally, roads and bridges are being constructed to ease transportation, which is playing a major role in the local economy.

Local residents shared that previously there were significant challenges regarding transportation and healthcare in the hilly areas. However, due to the government's new projects, the situation has improved considerably. They hope that this development trend continues regularly so that common people can directly benefit from it.

Concerned officials stated that they are working to deliver government benefits to every family in the hilly region. In the coming days, more new projects will be taken up to increase employment opportunities for the local people.
