Three journalists were attacked while collecting news in an area of Comilla. While performing their professional duties, a group of people suddenly attacked them with sticks, leaving them seriously injured. The injured journalists, who work for various local media outlets, have been identified.
According to eyewitnesses, the journalists were taking photos and gathering information about an incident. At that time, some local influential people and their associates obstructed their work. Following an altercation, they beat up the journalists and tried to snatch their cameras and mobile phones.
